Establish and lead the sales & product marketing for industrial wastewater chemistry-based solutions and services including definition and successful execution of the sales & product marketing strategy and plans, the development of excellence in shaping and communicating the WETEQ value proposition, leading negotiations with customers with a clear focus on closing deals, driving market share and market growth across Europe.
Identify marketing opportunities with our strategy partner APATEQ including customerr equirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Establish a 6/12/18 month sales pipeline with a > 50% probability.
Leverage our strategic partners and drive the agreed targets across sales, product strategy and marketing for Europe.
Serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/chemistry sales of solutions and services with a strong track record in driving business strategy and market growth.
Strong leadership and development of sales teams.
Degree in Chemistry or related field with a preference for additional business studies/ qualification.
Hold a valid EU Work/Residency Permit.
